WSPB AGM

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held once a year, and is mandatory attendance by all *Society members.

During the AGM, the Society President will re-cap the past year and give their Annual Report. The Treasurer and Band Manager will give their Annual Report.

White Spot Pipe Band Society members will discuss any issues for the following year, accept the Annual Budget from the Treasurer and vote in any new Executive positions, and a new board of Directors. This year, the Society will vote for the President, and Treasurer. *

-(1) immediate family representative for each youth player/dancer who has paid their annual society fee. Multiple family members may attend, but only (1) person may vote.

- any support person/volunteer who has paid their annual society fee.
